Currently living in Mexico, I have studied and lived with indigenous tribes, learning from their traditional medicines, teachings, and prayers. I also work with horses, incorporating equine therapy into my healing practice, where I use my own horse to help clients on their healing journeys.
As a mother of three and grandmother of three, I understand the importance of family and bring that perspective into my work.

My commitment to health and wellness took me to the School of NPM in London, where I studied naturopathic medicine. I also owned my own health food shop and organic café and trained and taught as a Sivananda yoga teacher in India.
